Thing that really helped me when I was facing burnout in college or just travel ball in high school ball is being intentional about not discussing softball all the time. So for instance my roommates and I would tell each other tonight we're gonna cook dinner watch a movie hang out but just not talk about what went on at softball that day. We're gonna get away from it take some intentional time to not have it on our mind as much.
So if this is pertaining to you in travel ball, if you're facing burnout, maybe talk to your parents about when we leave practice today, let's talk about something else. Let's, you know, maybe take five minutes to discuss whatever needs to be talked about, but then be intentional about moving conversations, having conversations with people that don't involve sport. So I hope these tips and tricks and insights can.
Help you in any way when you're experiencing burnout, if you do this season or any time during your career. And I would love to answer any questions you may have or talk to you one-on-one if need be. So thank you so much for listening and I hope you all have a great, wonderful season. Thank you.
